Download a PICSTM Demo
Patient Information and Compliance Software (PICSTM) gives you instant access to all the docUguidesTM and stores them on your hard drive. You can download all the docUguidesTM from the Internet. Or, if the bandwidth of your Internet line takes too long for the download, you can use our CD-ROM.
Each docUguideTM can be personalized with the clinician's, the facility's and the patient's personal information and printed to either a color or a b/w laser printer.
PICSTM is available in Standalone, Standalone SI or Client Server versions for your LAN. The PICSTM Standalone, PICSTM Standalone SI and the PICSTM Client are available for Win 95, 98, ME, NT 40, 2000 or XP. For the PICSTM Server you need Win NT, 2000 or XP.
You can update your PICSTM version via the Internet and download updated or new docUguidesTM at any time.

Connection to the Internet
The PICSTM Standalone SI, PICSTM Demo and PICSTM Client do not require a connection to the Internet. For PICSTM Server and PICSTM Standalone we recommend that you connect temporarily to the Internet on a regular basis to update the docUguides. If this is not possible, you may also update from PICSTM CDs when they are released.

You can integrate these Files into PICSTM Demo by using the update function in PICS.
After finishing the download, extract the Files on your harddrive, start PICSTM Demo (Start - Programs - pICS - pICS-Demo) and select:
File - Update - CDROM - select the path to the extracted folder packages - click Next and the files will be integrated. Close PICSTM Demo and start it again to access the updated files.
This demo version of PICS contains one docUguide, in English only, in each listed specialty and requires about 6 megabytes of hard drive space to download.
