Charles E. Bagwell, M.D.,
is Professor and Chairman of the Division of Pediatric Surgery for Virginia Commonwealth University's Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Bagwell is certified with the American Board of Surgery with Special Competence in Pediatric Surgery and Critical Care and the American Board of Laser Surgery. J. Kent Garman, M.D., M.S.,
is Professor of Anesthesiology at Stanford University Medical Center. Prior to coming to Stanford, Dr. Garman taught at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.
